What a coincidence! Just one day after I wrote about the radio exercises, fortunately I had the oppotunity to experience the first version of raio exercises!
In the afternoon JICA invited one guy as the presenter for the class about increase in stamina. Wow! He was the guide of radio exercises who gave us an order!! As he retired a while ago, we are quite familiar with his voice. I was really excited to meet him.
During the class we did calithenics, and radio exercises were part of it. The guy told us how to do them for each part, taking long enough for us to understand how each movement works with our body. Now our way of doing exercises got betterm ot as sloppy as we used to do.
Before the class finished, he taught us how to do the first version of the exercises. Since it started in 1928, they have been revised twice. The first version is quite simple, so we could grasp it in a hort while. Compared to the old one, there are more exercises in the newer version. So we can see how they have been improved.
After the class, we got tired, and it was really hard to keep awake in other classes in the auditorium...Zzzz
